Servings

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Orange Creamsicle Filling

  • 16 ounces (2 blocks) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (3-ounce) box orange gelatin
  • ⅓ cup boiling water

Orange Glaze & Garnish

  • ⅓ cup orange juice or orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (if using orange juice)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of an 8- or 9-inch springform pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Orange Gelatin

Whisk the orange gelatin into the boiling water until completely dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature, making sure it stays liquid.

3. Whip the Cream

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

4. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Slowly mix in the cooled orange gelatin until fully combined and evenly colored.

5. Fold Together

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light, fluffy, and fully incorporated.

6. Chill

Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture.

7. Make the Orange Glaze

If using orange juice, whisk it together with the cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat until thickened and glossy. Allow the glaze to cool completely before spreading a thin layer over the chilled cheesecake. (If using orange marmalade, simply warm it slightly and spread over the top.)

8. Decorate & Serve

Whip the remaining heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Pipe decorative rosettes around the edge of the cheesecake and garnish with fresh orange slices. Slice and serve well chilled.

💡 Tips

  • Chill overnight for the creamiest texture and clean slices.
  • For an extra burst of citrus flavor, add 1 teaspoon of fresh orange zest to the filling.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze individual slices for a refreshing make-ahead dessert.

Creamy, bright, and bursting with nostalgic orange creamsicle flavor, this no-bake cheesecake is an effortless dessert that's guaranteed to impress at spring and summer gatherings, holidays, or anytime you're craving something cool and citrusy.
